1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of the University of Public Relations and Leadership learning platform. By creating an account, enrolling on a paper or buying a place, you agree to them.

2. Your account

Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.

We may suspend an account that is being used to disrupt other learners, to share assessment answers, or in breach of these terms.

3. Enrolment and access

Enrolling on a paper gives you access to its materials for the period stated on the paper. Access is for your own study; course materials may not be copied, resold or republished.

4. Fees, payment and refunds

Fees are shown before you confirm a purchase and are charged in the currency displayed. Entry fees are charged once per programme and are not discounted.

Refund eligibility, and the window in which a refund may be requested, will be set out here.

5. Assessment and academic honesty

Work you submit must be your own. Plagiarism, impersonation in an assessment, and sharing assessment content with other candidates are treated as academic misconduct and may result in a failed paper or a withdrawn certificate.

6. Certificates

A certificate is issued when you meet the completion requirements for a paper or programme. Every certificate carries a serial that anyone can check on our verification page. We may revoke a certificate found to have been issued in error or obtained through misconduct.

7. Content you post

Discussion posts and messages remain yours, but you grant us permission to store and display them within the platform. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally suspend it for maintenance.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
